Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on CRM analytics & reporting with Salesforce
• Create technical solution designs based on functional requirements
• Develop users cases, create dashboards and implement data transformation
• Work in an agile project team

Required skills & experience:

• Hands on experience in creating CRM analytics dashboards
• Professional experience in implementing Salesforce or working in a consulting agency environment
• Passionate about innovations in the CRM space and customer experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Very good German and English skills
